China is approaching total military technology independence. This means it would no longer need to steal technology from us or its neighbors or develop anything jointly with the Russians. I don't know about you guys but it worries me.
D.W. over at Connecting the Dots is right - there's way too many things concerning China that all are coming to a head right about the time of the Olympics.

Good catch on this one. You are right on the money about this. The Chicomms want to be the world's only superpower, and to do it they have to be able to knock us off the hill, so to speak. If I were the secret service, I wouldn't let Bush go anywhere near the Olympics this time around.
