Russia worried?

The Russians are worried about Bulgaria signing on to be hosts for part of the U.S. missile defense program.
I wonder if they know something about the program that the U.S. Government hasn't told it's citizens. Like that it works? Maybe better than expected? Of course, we can't have that because then they'd have to give credit to previous administrations for authorizing it.

I still can't figure why Barry would be allowing these plans to go forward. You'd figure that since he's a cheese-eating surrender monkey he'd be absolutely against spending money on any missile system (look at what he wants to do to our nuclear arsenal - and NASA!). I just can't figure it.

Russia is just responding in the same way they would have back in the Cold War days, because they (Putin's "government") don't think the Cold War is over.
