We're still here.

The good folks over at CERN fired the LHC back up today. I can state with some confidence that the fact that you're reading this probably means that the Earth wasn't sucked into a black hold and all of us turned inside-out.

That's only because they weren't running particles completely around it yet. They were only operating 1/4 of the beam path.

Yes, I'm a geek. I read the whole thing...

Of course, at this point being sucked into a black hole might be preferable to living in the communist worker's paradise of Amerika.
